Pests in Gardens and Landscapes

Pea moth—Laspeyresia nigricana

Pea moth larvae are tiny worms found within pea pods.

Damage

Larvae feed within pods on developing peas.

Solutions

There are no registered insecticides for control of pea moth on peas. Handpick larvae and remove damaged pods.
