DESCRIPTION:
Corn spurry, a spreading annual, has many sticky, branching stems about 1 to
2 feet (30 - 60 cm) long. Narrow, threadlike leaves are fleshy and form whorls
around the stem at the joints. Terminal inflorescences have small, five-petalled,
white flowers in loose clusters. Black seeds have minute, whitish warts.
